Nice hotel great staff the food was good and the breakfast was nice. Decent location for Derry tho I did start for work rather than sightseeing

The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed

Lovely hotel. We had the breakfast which was nice and good value. I would stay again.

Rooms are excellent, breakfast was good, staff were incredible but seemed a bit short staffed.

Hotel is a 2 star at best. Rooms leave a lot to be desired and bathroom grim! Smelt of stale water, and toilet had not been cleaned. Windows barely kept any noise from busy road out!

Staff friendly and courteous , food lovely ,room spacious ,everything there that we needed . Slight traffic noise as we were at the front of the hotel but that was the only downside.

Really impressive communal area in reception and the bar. Hotel breakfast was average but all staff were great. Room was nice, and bed super comfortable and huge.

Slightly charactetless but comfortable well maintained hotel. Excellebt room. Fairly limited menu. Convenient

The staff was very friendly, the room could have been more up to date. No reading lamps or outlets near the beds. The water pressure for the shower was a bit weak. The hotel had ample parking and the staff was very helpful.

lovely super-king bed... but room was overpowerfully warm & stuffy... shower was not great... low pressure.... food was good... BUT, very slow at being delivered . Polite and professional staff .

Great parking, nice building and clean rooms. We had a great stay here and slept well!

Hotel staff were so helpful when I made a double payment or my room (my error). The restaurant staff also made our stay a wonderful experience.
