I was a bit disappointed to not have access to an iron at a 4-star hotel, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The property is fine, location is only if you are working in the area. I would not stay if trying to go to the beach. Safe during the day, questionable at night. near questionable blocks, very close to a bus stop, homeless population problem.

The only things I'd complain about were the internet, which was almost completely disfunctional in our room (1422), and some insane construction noises we heard all around the walls of our room during our stay. It sounded like avalanches of rocks and drywall pouring against all the walls of our room, very loudly, and all day long. Besides that, all of our experiences here were very good.

Everything was perfect. The location, the breakfast, staff services. This hotel is very recomendable.

Nice clean and great location

The temperature in the gym was too hot. They should keep windows covered during the day, as the gym is on the rooftop with glass doors. Elevators all broken all the time. Breakfast is simple and the same every day.

We stayed one night at the Regency Park Hotel in Rio de Janeiro and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, definitely a highlight of our stay. What truly stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to our visit. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio and who wants to be in city.

We booked this hotel as our flight was cancelled. It’s pretty good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location

Staff is super nice, food, environment and you are very close to alot of places. Hotel is not super fancy, but is really good. Location is good, but you will see A couple of people outside that might scare you, but overall i felt safe, and staff was great.
