The breakfast always delicious, variety of foods. Our room was good we find a sock in the closet from the previous guest. The towels are soft, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

While the hotel is nice, staff was just ok. I had to wait for the checkin for at least 10 minutes as there was only one person at the reception and he didn't even acknowledge me once. Later that night, there was a wedding ceremony at the hotel on 6th floor. I was at 2nd floor but from 8PM to 1am, music was so loud that my head was hurting in my bedroom with the heavy metal and the doors, walls and bed headboard was literally vibrating and this gave me a bad headache and screwed up my whole next day as well. Receptionist could not do or say anything other than apologizing. Stay at the hotel but make sure there is no wedding or birthday that night otherwise say good bye to the sleep. Other than that, it was good. Breakfast was nice. They have toiletry items in the washroom but it's all chargeable. for a small toothpaste, it cost me $5CAD.

Arrived as announced, 1st they gave me a room that was occupied by guess, had to go back skipping the clean up carts, then up again key did not open the new room back down again, finally they gave me the right key and it worked, and to cap it all up Saturday party full of noise extreme noise until 2am, will never recommended or book it again, a total mess

The room is old.and smells . Worse than that when I tried to turn on the bedside wall mounted light during the night.it.fell on top of me.feom.the wall. When I reported this to staff next morning they seemed completely un.surprised. i.left an item of clothing there which was not reported to me

The front desk staff is really helpful and nice. The amenities kind of choked me on today's day a hotel that charges for the water bottle???, apart from that, i would say decent overall. For breakfast it is so poor options and around 9am not much left and lack of reposition, on top the staff is unfriendly and you have to beg for a spoon!!! The swimming pool and gym were great, so the staff on those areas. The stuff for the restaurante during dinner was great and supper friendly. I went with toddlers and they enjoyed the time and we were surprised with a cinema moment for the toddlers with popcorn.

Loved every bit of our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The staff where so nice and the restaurant is a 10/10. My only wish is if the gym and pool can stay open till 9pm. Will definitely stay again🤗🙏.

Stayed for 3 nights. Standard room. Nice spacious room. Huge bed. Small 2 seat table. Working desk. One seat sofa. Mini bar with coffee machine. TV channel offer not that big of a deal. Have to be careful on the bathroom with the shower. There is no door( half a door) so you better be careful no to splash water. Didn’t eat in the hotel but did check breakfast and had a nice variety of options. Staff very helpful, that’s a plus in bogota. Sauna and steam room very cozy.

The location is on the north side of the El Chico neighborhood; no restaurants, no stores, not safe to walk. The staff service sucks, not friendly no smiles overall bad. The breakfast ok only. Not a good selection, and the coffee was cold. Soaps cold. Wife asked 3 tines for a warm cup of coffee. They couldn't deliver. Overall, upper management sukcs the service is a direct reflection of poor management. Will never recommend this hotel to friends and family, nor will I book again for this hotel. I even left a day before to another hotel, with a superior service and location and food.
