The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the extra mirror outside of the bathroom to do makeup or hair without taking up the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the body wash and the body lotion. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and happy to help with any problems.

The toilets are very old and look unclean, as if they haven’t been flushed properly. It’s very unpleasant. This issue is not only in one room but in our group room as well. For a resort that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable. The resort has been under maintenance since last year, and there is a very strong chemical smell in the entertainment room, gym, and changing rooms. The smell feels overwhelming and potentially harmful. I did not notice any proper ventilation, filters, or fans in these areas. I hope management will carefully review these concerns and make necessary improvements. This used to be our family’s favorite resort because of its beautiful setting, but unfortunately, the overall quality seems to be declining.

Beautiful renovated rooms in Black Diamond. Breakfast in the morning is delicious.

Room was clean and amenities were perfect. When we asked to change rooms for the second night as the first view was ground level and of the entrance, the stay was able to find us another room with a much better view.

The room, staff, restaurant for room service, fire with s’mores, and lit pathways were all touches that made our stay outstanding.

The hotel was great, but the amount of children running and jumping on furniture in lobby was outrageous. It felt like I was at the playground while sitting in the lounge. It definitely was relaxing or an enjoyable experience from that perspective. The staff needs to get a handle on this and set some basic rules.

We were upgraded and an outstanding room

I received a complimentary upgrade to the Black Diamond rooms. The room and lounge area were excellent. I would definitely consider them the next time I go out.
