very bad experience.

I arrived and faced my room with dirty towels (face and body ones) as if somebody had wiped its ass with it. No toilet paper at the room. There was no telefone set in the room (unnexpected) and noone told at checkin about this WhatsApp application to communicate to the front desk (which I learned about only by the next morning). When going up I got stacked at the elevator, which went down instead of up and after some clangging the door opened and I scaped. The breakfast is poor, the scambled eggs were raw, and the omelet may be provided under extra charge (I never experienced that at no other hotel of this category). After billing me a printed receipt has been promised for the next day, but nobody gave me one till I asked for again previously to my last night.

Servicio excelente estancia cómoda y personal atento y amable. Instalaciones limpias, no hubo ningún problema con la reserva.

Communication with certain staff members was a problem and response from a certain member of front office staff was not good.

Close by the Pacific mall, restaurants and shops.

Very Good location

The only complain that i have is that in my room, the internet conection was bad. I had to get out of the room to have a better signal.

Room was upgraded from single to twin.Every stuff was kind and recieve my requuest. Confortable stay!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offer was the same everyday. scrambled eggs were watery.

Wonderful place to stay while in Buenos Aires. Good breakfast, close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Luana was so kind and helpful. We will stay here again when in Buenos Aries. The hotel held some of our luggage for 2 weeks while we were in Antarctica.

It was a wonderful experience

Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Very helpful staff. Stored our luggage for a few days while we flew to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is storing our small carry on while we cruise Antarctica. Hotel is in a great location for shops, restaurants and more. I am very glad we stayed here.

Perfect location to restaurants and Florida Street only 2 blocks away. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. Very helpful staff. I am glad we stayed here in the superior room. Will stay here again.
