nice clean room, good service - did NOT like being tracked out of the hotel room when walking other person on reservation to an uber (told door man (in Spanish) and then night manager came out to question me if I was checking out).

Pool was half empty. We asked for a twin beds or sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. I ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor.

Great location in the city center, customer service, breakfast and 24 hours security. Additionally, lots of great dinning selections and public transportation in the neighborhood area. Enjoy stay with Broadway Hotel and definitely recommend it.

The room was large and location was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was fresh and healthy (including chia seeds!), and the pool was refreshing. I did hear that some of the other rooms did not have working air conditioners, but our room was nice and cool.

I needed a hotel with a good location, good breakfast, and a pool. This hotel checked all the boxes.

El aire acondicionado no trabajó por 3 días, con una temperatura de hasta 39 grados y cuándo presente el reclamo sólo me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para cambiarme. Y las 3 veces que lo reporté el personal del lobby no hizo ni el menor esfuerzo para ayudarme

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was for a quick couple of nights. I was visiting BA and doing a day trip to Montevideo. The hotel is excellently located right by the Obelisk and a busy street with lots of shops and extremely close to the YouTube famous Pizzeria Guerin. So, in terms of location it was spot on. My room was enormous and spacious with a very comfortable double bed. It was clean so no issues there. The lift was extremely small which is a little unusual but no big deal. The counter staff were extremely helpful and polite. They spoke good English which helped me a lot as i spoke little to no Spanish. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here and would highly recomment it.

The washroom door can’t close properly, the window can’t block the outside sound, very noisy, the carpet is dirty, the bed is too soft, a lot of renovation is dated and broken, sauna rooms only one for sharing male and female

Room was clean but older and worn. Breakfast was ok. Great location, quiet rooms if not staying above the street. Everything in the room worked well.

Reception staff were very kind. Room had enough space and very clean. Highly recommended.

Friendly stuff, decent hotel, excellent location

Big room with kitchenette, but tiny bathroom. Bed and pillow not super comfortable but ok. Slow elevators. Great staff. Security at the door 24/7 which is nice because this hotel is right in the middle of the city and staff truly friendly and helpful. Very easy to walk around and many options for food or shopping. Overall not a bad place to stay for a few days.

Basic, clean, comfortable, not much else to say as the hotel was perfect to suit my needs.

Es un edificio antiguo pero si lo mantienen limpio. Lo que no fue de mi agrado fue el trato del personal, me parecieron rudos, no serviciales o atentos hacia mi familia. Note, que los trabajadores ayudaban a los clientes con las maletas y a nosotros no nos dieron ese mismo trato.. No entendi esa desigualdad, lo cual me parecio muy ridiculo en estos tiempos.
