Typical large-chain hotel: serviceable, but nothing special. Families, children, noise. Check-out line was long, but staff were generally friendly and courteous.

Business stay. Very comfortable and affordable

Parking in the underground is a disaster. I will not stay here again due to the parking. It is difficult to impossible to safely park in the provided parking lot. And you charge for it?

HI I stayed here for a early MRI appointment. Upon check in the front desk was more than accommodating. We were advised upon check int he pool was closed so that was disappointing. We walked to the Square one mall felt safe the entire time. The beds are soft but the rooms are noisy we could hear everything the next door neighbor was doing their bathroom from using the facilities to blowing their nose. There was no fan in our bathroom either I did enjoy my short time here parking was $24.50 for ever 24 hours and you could go and come as you please with your keycard.

Had a nicely laid out large bathroom with a tub/shower and curtain, very comfortable beds with a variety of pillows, nice and clean. Pool is a bit chilly. Unfortunately there is no hot tub. Staff generally very helpful and pleasant

Good location. Shopping and grocery within a reasonable distance. Walkable distance to a lot of restaurants.

Neeed to have a more options for dining, especially people with food allergies. For this type of hotel the resturant needs to be more upscale.

Excellent hotel, close to the Square One mall, so lots of restaurants and shopping options.

Everything was great. With one person that really makes our stay fantastic and that is Donald in the restaurant. He is such a great person!

Thank you for a lovely quality time to hotel and staff. Will definitely be coming back if ever in town.

Our stay at the hotel was really excellent where everyone was friendly & our room was amazing with the city view of Mississauga where we can see everything from above.
