Awesome - under rated - quiet and relaxing ideal for couples. The hotel is peaceful and has attentive staff who just do the right thing every-time.

Service was spectacular. Good and rooms top notch.

Bathroom small with no proper shower. More of a 4 star property room-wise but staff were friendly.

Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style.

Amazing staff and service

Incredible stay in Megeve. Small property with 5* amenities & dining. The shuttle will take you most places and takes the hassle out of going off property for dinner. This property also gives you access to a private locker room at the Mont d’Arbois ski area which is huge. Ask for Anthony, he is incredibly helpful with skiing and restaurant recommendations.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit, every detail exceeded my expectations. The comfort and hospitality was provide are unparalleled, and I felt like a valued guest every step of the way. Staff's attentiveness and dedication to making my experience special did not go unnoticed.

The hotel was represented as a Four Seasons Property by hotels.com, and google. A week before we arrived we received an email stating that since Oct the hotel was no longer associated with For Seasons resorts. The staff was totally untrained & unprofessional. The breakfast resturant was a total mess as far as the help. We were shown to our room by a girl that did not know where the lights or temperature control was. The management was basically non-existent.

Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall fantastic stay and we are very grateful to the staff for all their care and attention, it really makes a huge difference!

I was expecting a normal Four Seasons experience, but in fact, the staff made it above my expectations.

Everything was perfect during our stay. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the friendly staff who were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing chalet, friendly staff, it felt like it was our own chalet but with the comfort of a hotel. As a conservative criticism, spa can be kept silent to maintain tranquility.

The service was good and friendly and the shuttle to go to Megève was available anytime.

Superb customer service, the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. The Chalets are updated, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very close to the Mont d'Arbois gondola. They have a free shuttle service into town, which came in very handy. Looking forward to my next visit. The only negative was the 3 pm check in.

We loved every moment and look forward to returning next year.
