First class location. Big room. Great price.

AC did not work in room. Parking is a 6 minute walk away in an unsecured lot. It was dumping rain when we arrived late at night with our bags so having to run through the streets was a less than ideal.

Could not have been better five minute walk to the occupation museum. Close to all the beautiful squares in old town. The whole experience was absolutely excellent.

The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We stayed an extra night!

Gorgeous, convenient, comfortable... everything you'd want in a great hotel!

I stayed twice in one week to run the Riga Marathon. First stay was to try it out and the second one was two days into the race. In the first stay, I got a noisy room which pounding against my walls early in the morning and occasionally throughout the day. I was promised a quite room in my next stay. The room was much better but i think the walks are not sound proof. I could hear snoring from the next room! Overall, the hotel is very nice and the service is great. Breakfast was very good but not the best in the area. A funny situation on checkout when they wanted to charge me for the coffee capsules that were in the free area. The staff were very helpful and make up for all of the deficiencies i saw. I did not like the smoking smell in the lobby from the bar section. The hotel is in the old town and was a 5min walking distance from the marathon start and finish lines. I could not get a taxi to leave right after the race, so don't stay there if you are not spending the night after the race. Counting everything, while no the best in class in the nearby area, i think this is a nice hotel that truly represent the spirit of an old town with the added luxury.

Excellent! We staying at this hotel every year and we couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff is most pleasing and professional. All services are excellent. Rules are very comfortable .Our favorite front desk, girl Jondzha is very knowledgeable with all activities and information about hotel services and town. Our favorite town, Riga and our favorite hotel to stay. We always feel very special there and it’s not only our opinion we bring our friends and everyone always stays very pleased. Thank you.!

Stunning hotel. Opulent and effortlessly classy, every little detail was perfect. Amazing location, wonderful breakfast everyday and the bar was fantastic. Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stated in.

Treated well from the moment you step through the door, and if you get a transfer with the hotel, from the moment you get through arrivals. It is without a doubt the only place I would stay in Riga, perfect location for everything in the old town

Everyone was super kind and patient. We needed some help finding a parking spot and the team went out of their way to personally escort me to finding a spot! Whew - grateful for their patience!

A nice hotel that had really large rooms and great bed. Our room backed onto a road that had construction work happening, which started at 7.20am. The room was exceptionally hot as the AC is seasonal. A brilliant breakfast and fantastic staff who did everything to make the stay amazing.n

Fabulous old style hotel in the old town with delightful, attentive and kind staff!

My husband and I travel often and stay at luxury properties. This is hands down the best hotel we have had the pleasure to experience. It’s spotless and the service is impeccable. The breakfast is amazing, with a selection of fresh and delectable items. The cigar bar became our favorite because of the friendly staff and outstanding cocktails.

Great hotel in a very good location for visiting Old Town Riga. The staff are truly amazing (shout out to both the morning and evening booking agents - they were so helpful with so many things). The breakfast is very good and the gym and sauna nice. Definitely a place to return to if we visit Riga again.
