Great staff!

Overall an average experience. The AC unit in the room was very noisy. The bathroom design was just awful (sink was outside the actual bathroom). Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Looks small, but it was actually very nice and fit 7 people in one room! (3 adults 4 children) 2 queen beds plus sofa bed. Loved that while it was condensed, it had a little kitchenette type area. The bathroom was kind of small too, but the sink/mirror was on the outside and the shower/toilet were in a separate “room”. This was convenient because I could get ready while someone else was using the bathroom. Overall was perfect for our one night stay.

Clean, good customer service so far

Good location. The staff was AMAZING! The property is outdated and breakfast is not the best. Was expecting more from a Marriott chain.

The kids loved the pool and the view of the lake was beautiful. The lady that checked us in was very nice. We never got the baby bed we asked for twice. But other than that the stay was great.

I had a nice stay overall! The room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed a fan to sleep, and one of the staff members generously let me borrow their personal fan—such a thoughtful gesture that really made a difference. The complimentary food was okay, but I do think it could benefit from a few more options. I understand it's free, which is appreciated, but a little variety would go a long way. Still, I enjoyed my time and would definitely consider staying again. Great hospitality!

The room and everything was nice. My family enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we come back to Arkansas to visit. Thank you for the great front staff, a young man and young lady I didn’t get their names but they were excellent.
