Really good hotel; staff was superbly efficient. Great food at the restaurant with top service. Perhaps the only issue I had was the rather low water pressure in the shower, which was deemed as ok by the maintenance crew

Flawless hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Very classic nice hotel. Spacious and clean room. Staff very friendly . Restaurant has amazing dishes. The only thing it could be improved is that the heater makes a little noise at night.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel, sumamente recomendable, habitaciones muy cómodas, buen estacionamiento, muy buena zona, tranquila y accesible. Restaurante muy recomendable, y desayuno también muy bueno con amplias variedades. Recomendable!

Pretty much all the people who works at this hotel are so nice and accommodating…the hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, restaurants walk in distance and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a fabulous breakfast!!! not to mention parking and a pool!!!

I liked the location

Hotel Director was a great stay and affordable! Vitacura is a nice area to stay- lots of food options and shopping walkable from hotel. Only negative feedback is that the AC wasn't very strong, and there was loud banging in the morning (could have been construction). The staff were amazing- shout out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond for us!

Property is good. Certainly not a 5 star property but a good one. Good value for the money.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Director in Santiago Vitacura during my recent business trip. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the offices I was visiting and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, businesses and restaurants. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated having it available during my stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or leisure in Santiago.

Perfect location

Great location, close to excellent restaurants, shops, and parks— great little pool at back of hotel. Clean rooms. A bit loud on tenth floor due to repairs on 11th.

Excellent value for money. May look a bit dated but everything it works Saw other reviews re traffic noise we have stayed twice now and experienced no noise either inside or out Will be first choice for return to Santiago
