Realy lovely apartments here.

The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness could have been better 5 flights of stairs although staff helped with luggage Room was definitely not what was shown on booking site - much smaller and not what I thought I was paying for Location is only plus for this place

I arrived late (namely after 8pm). I found it very difficult to get into the property. Whoever was in charge of letting guests in was not particularly helpful. The flat itself was ok.

Location of this apartment can't be beat and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Check in and out process was very easy. Only down side is no elevator and it was on 5th floor.

The apartment was great and very spacious and the staff where very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a centrally located stay in London. My only recommendation would be that they replace the windows and give the place a little TLC as it is looking a little tired.

We had a quick stop over - the location is great, and it is a clean and well equipment apartment. Good size as well for London. Would stay again.

Staff very attentive and courteous.

Staff were phenomenal, the apartment was comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. Their toiletries are amazing. Only thing I’d say is that sofa, while very comfy, needs some love, and the windows could do with being replaced. Also, no lift. In saying that, we had a great stay.

The room was serviced very well every couple of days, with new towels supplied. This would probably have been every day of we had been out of the apartment more in the mornings.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again. Room was spacious and clean as well. The only issue we had was with the microwave and the heating but we were offered a discount the next time we book :)

Beware when you book this hotel as nothing is like what’s advertised. I’m a platinum member and I have never seen any place rated 4.5* with such little or low services. They claim to have a gym onsite which isn’t true (no gym/ no spa in house it’s a third party called third space) No elevator Very poor standards of property No communication skills and low customer service I highly disrecommend it
