All was good except for 2 of the staff in the lounge, very rude unhelpful on multiple occasions. Overall staff was great, but for the two on the gold lounge level.

Upon check in to our room, the bedsheets were full of hair and did not look like sheets were changed. The TV was not working, we couldn’t connect an apple or android device even though we spent an hour following instructions. Front desk was not helpful, they said they will be sending a tech guy to resolve the issue but a plumber was sent instead to do the job of a tech guy. Issue still not resolved. All in all our stay was okay, nothing fancy. The mattress is very comfortable and the buffet food was good.

I was expecting more for the room, really similar as the regular room. But the service…WOW!

This was an amazing stay in Montreal. It was our first time staying downtown and the Fairmont did not disappoint. I would fully recommend.

The Queen Elizabeth Golden Experience was great! Loved our stay with friendly and efficient staff in the heart of one of the best tourist spots in the world!!

We like that this hotel is at the heart of Central Station. Easy transportation to and from the hotel. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants.

Staff were so rude, the hotel is old, breakfast buffet is so poor. Go to Four Seasons or Vogue hotel. The difference in service is huge

We loved the Fairmont QE - There were so many wonderful activities in the hotel. Roselys is a fantastic restaurant. Krema is perfect for morning coffee, and the Fairmont Gold lounge is such a great treat! We will definitely stay here again. All staff, especially the concierge, were excellent and super helpful!

I enjoyed the Gold experience. I simply selected the option with breakfast and here I am! The 21st floor is awesome.
