HOTEL GOOD LOCATION

The initial room that was assigned to me did not have hot water so I had to get reassigned to another room with no balcony as they did not have any available, but accommodated me and my guest with 2 nights free dinner buffet. The rooms are dated and could use some modern remodeling. The property is in a good location for the metro, public bus and in walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store

Very friendly staff

We were greeted so warmly and graciously, and our accommodations were just beautiful! The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant employees, housekeeping and security were so friendly and helpful, we felt completely welcome and valued as guests. We loved the fitness room and the pool area, where there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy a dip on a hot afternoon. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Very clean room. Modern finishes. Comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Front staff was great. Thanks to them for resolving a small issue. This hotel is very near the Metro. You can go almost any where in Panama quickly. No traffic jams on the metro.

Our rooms were damaged by a “pipe burst”. No warning to us. After many hours, we were transported to an old Holiday Inn much further from the airport. What a way to start our vacation with friends ☹️
