The front desk was extremely polite and helpful with noise related issues, my first night was a Saturday and was extremely noisy there wS construction and since there is noisy people outside , i asked to be moved to a different room . And waz upgraded and taken care off. Extremely great customer service

The hotel is centrally located. Although there is currently a construction across the street, the hotel was always clean and we didn't hear any noise. The guys at the reception were awesome. They took care of making reservations for taxis and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was very kind.

The place was ok, they did not mention half the street was under construction. We had to wait for the guys in charge of parking to open, when they arrived they had beers on their hands. There is no ice besides the restaurant who acted like we couldn't pay for extra ice. The front desk staff was friendly.

Perfect.. everything was perfect.

Elevator didn’t work. We had to go down from 12 floor. Mold in the shower. They didn’t have hot water. Room smelled like moldy.
