Fantastic holiday. Everything is absolutely spot on, faultless

Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you!

Excellent place to live very caring and professional staff When we left 5 am they packed breakfast for us It’s touched me. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent. Very beautiful and cozy resort with olive trees and gardens all around. My family loved it. The private beach was clean and beautifully well kept. I can see their high standards. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Beautiful setting! Services, accommodation, hotel facilities were first rate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary champagne on arrival was also very nice touch. Room rate included half board, in the form of a voucher at check-in. The buffet dinner and breakfast were only okay, but regular restaurant meals were very good. Small beach area and pool were very nice, permitting lovely views of the sea and coastline.

From start to finish, this hotel is amazing. We came to this hotel for our final stop on our honeymoon We found out our ferry was delayed so we called to let the staff know we would be checking in very late at night. Nikos arranged for the staff to provide us with dinner when we arrived, even thought the restaurants were closed. Nikos was amazing and extremely generous to us. The entire staff made us feel at home. If we come back to Crete, we will definitely be staying here. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to just relax at a resort.

This was our sixth visit to St Nicholas Bay which says it all. We are treated so well by the manager and all the staff. The rooms and facilities are excellent and we always leave feeling fully relaxed and planning our next visit.

Fantastic views. Slight disappointment how we were treated by Nikos, front desk manager. We asked for another room as the first one oferred did not match the description. Nikos helped us and finally the third room on the next day after arrival was resembling what we had booked. Unfortunately Nikos showed his irritation and suggested that the last room we decided to stay in was his special gift for us. Then he ignored us through out the rest of our stay and turned his eyes away whenever met. It was clearly unacceptable way of behaviour of the hotel employee of this level. Apart from this not very nice experience everything else was fine.

We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Very nice property with small beach and terraces on the water. Staff were all great without exception. Just a great relaxing stay

Overall had a good time at St Nicolas Bay Resort Hotel and Spa. Positives were beautiful grounds, clean and new rooms (we stayed in the junior deluxe club sea view suite), a few options for eating at hotel, very good spa facilities and treatments; friendly staff; very good views, good restaurants within 15-25 minutes walk to town, few options for sunbathing (pools, beach and rocks), good parking facilities, and they kindly let us have a late check-out 19:00 pm. Less positives were food and service was mixed and pricie (I guess price is what you'd expect for a resort, but we found the quality elsewhere a lot better for much less). Our shower had really good water pressure but wouldn't drain / blocked so had to turn off during shower when washing hair. I travelled with my sister and we spent 5 days at resort, I had requested a twin bed room but they couldn't provide. Also very difficult to get sun-bed near the pool. You have to go early and put your towel down. Overall we loved Crete and the beach and weather was the absolute highlight!

Decent hotel. Location not bad. Nothing special. Area is very windy About 30 mins walk into town. Breakfast is average quality but decent selection. Cooked foods oily. A lot of stairs, so not suitable for disabled.

Lovely comfortable hotel with super sea views. Excellent polite staff, very efficient in their duties. Good breakfast selection with hot and cold buffet items. Also a hot items menu to choose from and cooked fresh and brought to your table along with a choice of tea and coffee. Selection of places to relax and sunbathe, either by the sea or by the pool.

Nice hotel in a great location with beautiful grounds, Amazing Staff, really good breakfast and 20 min walk to town. Rooms lacking a bit and doesn't feels like a five star hotel therefore a bit overpriced in my opinion but overall a good choice to stay and definitely recommended.
