Wonderful place to stay!

Stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions while my Mother was in the hospital. Huge rooms, very comfortable beds with everything you need. I was solo and felt safe in the hotel as well. Front staff was wonderful.

One of the most impressive hotel suites we've ever stayed. This was an ACTUAL handicap accessible room with wide spaces for a power wheelchair, grab bars throughout the bathroom, and the room's door actually closed slowly (dampened). The only complaint I have is the the bed was too high (not-ADA compliant) to allow an easy transfer from a wheelchair.

I love ambiance.

The service was excellent, the one or two rhings that need to be done is whole room need to have the laminated flooring and carpet removed and reclining chair steamed cleaned. But if you are looking for a place with close food restaurants this is not the one for you.

Our family consistently selects your Wichita location for our accommodations because of its convenient access to local dining and pubs. During a recent stay, we witnessed an unsettling interaction at the front desk between a staff member and a teenager. The exchange was concerning, and the front desk personnel appeared uncertain on how to appropriately manage the situation. To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, it would be helpful to maintain transparent and well-communicated security protocols, especially when dealing with young adults.
