The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. There was a shopping centre right across the street. I didn’t have breakfast, but the staff were friendly and I liked the common areas.

Great stay! Breakfast was stocked and had a variety. Front desk was friendly during the check in process.

The property was overall fine. The breakfast hours are too short, it ends at 8:30 am during the week. Ridiculous if on vacation. The coffee maker in room did not work either. Cannot get coffee or tea after those hours. There were only 2 towels in the pool area for anyone going to the pool.

The staff was kind, efficient and customer service was a priority. The room was so cozy and comfortable. The room was so quiet with a beautiful view of the pool and trees in the back;) I can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice hotel, breakfast was just good, but could be better.

The staff were all friendly- like they seemed like they actually enjoyed their job. The room was great- clean, comfy, and the upgrade to the double room double bathroom suite was really worth it. The grill outside was clean. The pool area was clean and not busy. There was a fire out outside, and a full basketball court that was really new and nice. The only complaint is that being in the second floor we could hear people above us and they happened to be awake in the middle of the night often. Definitely coming back to this place. Walking distance to Whole Foods too.

Really appreciate the customer service we received from Kailey at the front desk. We had a last-minute booking, and she was very helpful in getting us set up and settled in.

I had a great stay at Sonesta during my weeklong business trip. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. I arrived a bit early for check-in and the front desk manager was kind enough to accommodate me and made sure my room was ready! I really appreciated that gesture! I also liked that the room was spacious. Pillows were soft, mattress not bad for a good night rest. Breakfast wasn't too bad, but could be improved (no fruits were served except bananas).The area was nice and quiet and seemed safe. I wouldn't mind staying there again!

Great place to stay! Loved my stay and was close to perfect until the last minute. Requested late check up due to late flight the day after my arrival. All was well until I come in from the pool card deactivated so went to the desk and the guy was extremely rude. Escorted me to my room to tell me they have shut down the rooms due to construction in sprinkler heads. Was very pushy for me to leave immediately when I had 2+ more hours before my planned departure per an additional charge. Somewhere there was a disconnect in staff communication. So showered quickly and rushed to be out. Not pleasant!

Everyone there was very accommodating and friendly! Will definitely book with them again!

Front desk was awesome...breakfast was amazing

The room was clean and spacious but the layout was a bit odd. There was a lot of construction being done so we did not get our original room. The staff was great and helpful. They did bring in some dining chairs for us to sit on and the beds were very comfortable. We got vouchers for a meal and we got free parking for the inconvenience so the hotel manager did his best to make us comfortable and to make up for not having our original booking for the Riverwalk room with a balcony.
