Hotel perfeito, com excelente café da manhã (igual as fotos de divulgação e com horário estendido). Ainda oferecem água filtrada, café e sucos de ortesia durante a tarde. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama boa e TV Smart. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O chuveiro é excelente, aquecimento instantâneo. Ar condicionado central com controle na parede e pousei cofre eletrônico e frigobar.

This was an amazing hotel. The room was just the right size, the staff was amazing! In fact, they went above and beyond for me when I was not feeling well. Truly a class act organization. The location is great. Easy walking and safe. Touristy stuff nearby but easy to get to the other parts of town by walking or by Subte, which is close. I really cannot say enough about the caring and thoughtful staff. They really treated me well and with concern. 100 stars!!

The hotel location is right in the center walkable to all the tourist things. They agreed to keep my luggage during my short trip to iggusu. The staff is always ready to help and answer any questions

Quite simply, the best hotel for the money in downtown Buenos Aires. It is simple and clean, incredible breakfasts, quiet, roomy, friendly, and located in the heart of shopping and restraurants. We made the mistake of visiting Uruguay for a few days and came back to town to another hotel, and regretted it immediately. Great job to the owners and staff of the Principado!

Clean room and bathroom, just the bathroom is outdated needs some work/ repair. Like other reviews you can hear noise from outside street. It is a busy street overall. My room was on the sixth floor. Elevators are really small. Friendly staff.
