Hotel perfect, frustrating car chargers wouldn't work, and the bar closed early for food.

From walking in to Reception and all through our stay, we were warmly welcomed, room was great and spacious, facilities were great, food was delightful. Spa treatment was good too.😊

I’d like to say I could not fault this hotel in anyway and we look forward to returning. I stayed in this hotel after an 8 1/2 hour journey to Scotland to meet my biological father and they made it above and beyond for us by meeting our needs in every way I’d like to thank all the staff and the management for their part in my reunion. I would 100% recommend this hotel very clean staff very welcoming food was amazing. I just could not fault it at all.

Room spotless,one staff at dinner left us with menu's for about half hour,never came back,had to call another waitress,only 8 of us in dining room.

Everything was spotless, staff were lovely, enjoyed a wee swim. Food was delicious

Great stay for a great party night. The only thing was housekeeping unlocked the door and started to enter the room in the morning well before checkout time and even with the dont disturb sign on the handle!

Didnt have breakfast , didnt use spa facilities, room service was awful, took about 20 minutes to answer the phone for service then brought wrong items ordered : even what was brought, was pretty bad.
