Room a bit dated, otherwise excellent.

Staffs are friendly, room are clean, golf view room are wonderful.

Good spacious rooms with great views. Staff were very helpful abd friendly. Very good parking facilities and a relaxing hotel to unwind and chill.

Staff was very friendly especially the young server in dining room very helpful Breakfast was excellent as usual plenty of choice ladies at reception when we arrived very welcoming and cheery

Just had a wonderful stay , didn’t want to leave ! The staff were 5 star ! Especially Sheryl on reception, she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable! We will definitely be back soon , loved every minute

Excellent hotel and spa. I used the massage and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the amenities were great. Most of all I liked how close the hotel was to the sea.

3rd visit with friends from Edinburgh who absolutely love the Hotel… staff are Amazing!! Go above and beyond…food excellent!! Spa so relaxing the day after.. Beds so comfy… didn’t want to get up!! Overall… will definitely be visiting again soon… hoping to have a 2 night break to enjoy the whole experience…😁

Amazing hotel experience as soon as you walk through into reception to the time you leave. Beautiful location.

Hotel looks like it needed maintenance a long time ago. Carpets dated. Outside needs paint ed and pool closes at 9pm. Paid for gowns but the pool was closed so early.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Our waiter in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. Breakfast on the first morning felt reheated (not sure if you book a late breakfast the food is left warming) it wasn’t enjoyable. We had an earlier (8 am) breakfast the next morning and it was excellent. Good choice of wine in the bar.

Reception staff were great but the bar staff would forget to come to take your order, after being told to take a seat by bar staff. Maybe understaffed in the bar area

The spa was incredible and breakfast was lovely.

I always enjoy staying at the Carnoustie hotel and spa ,everyone is friendly and efficient ,Michael served me in the restaurant food great service great ,my room was very well prepared as always, thanks to the housekeeping staff ,add a nice swim and steam the perfect short break thanks to everyone best wishes Michael Whitehouse

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Nice bar and restaurant on premises. Beautiful views of golf course.

Staff seemed a little shorthanded in the bar and restaurant but all were really helpful and friendly. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us with directions to the Burnside 1st tee. We ate at the nearby Rookery restaurant which provided food and wine to a high standard. All in all, great value. We have to come again soon as we didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We don't play golf but this hotel was relaxing fun and brilliant. Would stay again if in the area. The restaurant was lovely!

Had a lovely overnight stay with my family. Rooms were tidy and clean, hotel is beautiful and modern. Used the swimming facilities which were great. Dinner experience was not the best, dessert menu given and had to find someone around 20/30 minutes later to take my order. Breakfast was lovely. Overall great experience
