Room was quite hot so I turned off the towel rack in the bathroom. Then it was very comfortable!

A lovely, comfortable stay away from the bustle of the city centre. Staff here warm and inviting and couldn’t be more accommodating. Bed and furnishings extremely comfortable and I was delighted to have a bathtub in the bathroom! - it’s sadly becoming a rare treat in hotels today

Everything…….the staff are brilliant, the room is excellent, fantastic food. This hotel screams customer service. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Second to none.

I absolutely love this hotel. You can immediately tell that it is a family run business as it just smacks of traditional hospitality. This is not your cookie cutter corporate hotel. I am in Dublin every week on business from another part of Ireland and I have to admit the quality value proposition of this hotel is just the best

Everything stands out!!!!!! From the warm welcome at check in, the friendly atmosphere and staff, clean and spacious rooms, the great food and drink, ideal location for the city centre or walks along Dublin Bay to the fond farewell at check out. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The locals are very friendly. The hotel is very well run and I will stay there many more times to come.

The hotel is beautiful and the neighborhood is really lovely. I traveled to this area specifically for a workshop, and really enjoyed my walks to and from the venue. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and really appreciated the complimentary water bottles. All this said, I was disappointed by the size of the room I had, especially for how expensive the stay was. I barely had space to open up my suitcase and move around comfortably. Staff was also not very welcoming when I first checked in, and no one offered to help with my very heavy bags that I had to drag up and down stairs + a long distance from the elevator to my room.

Location was excellent and service was good but lacked some detail / information on check-in such as a different key needed for gym that meant wasted time afterwards finding this out when couldnt get access to gym with my room key card.

It was a lovely stay and experience. Old world charm, warm and comfortable and an excellent location.
