It was great location close to many shops and food, pool was nice, beach is ok, didn’t get in water but enjoyed beach chairs.

Most of the amenities were closed for renovation when they were supposed to be finished. There was ZERO discount to the full price room rate and resort fees. Management was less than accommodating or overly concerned.

Very nice hotel, staff was amazing!

The staff was nice however the amenities were under construction. The construction noise at 6:30 am is not how I want to relax. It was extremely noisy and it was hard to sleep in or watch tv during that time. You can hear the noise from the bathroom. The casino was closed. The adult pool was closed as well. I wish they would reimburse me for the days I spent here or give me a voucher to return after construction so I can actually relax!

Hotel rooms were renovated and nice but unaware lots of amenities were closed due to renovations/construction. This was never told to us. We were woke. Up every morning early by construction workers! They need to discount their prices until renovations are complete!

Room was in good condition. Food was overpriced and nit a big variety at the restaurants.

Resort was clean, staff friendly, room was very comfortable. But casino was closed and one pool under construction. When we first got here there was no entertainment no night life and restaurants were closed except one. I felt the restaurant’s prices were high, food was ok.

Terrible construction. Like living in a working zone. The staff moved us from one loud room to another loud room. They cannot have ongoing construction at every level and think it’s ok to charge $600 a night to o have guests listen to drilling, banging and jackhammering all day everyday. Insanity, and the hotel management pretended like nothing was happening.

Everything was amazing the staff the room the facilities the food at the tiki bar and the at the Palio Restaurant the breakfast buffet with lots of options, was awesome as well. Great experience looking forward to stay there in the future.
