They need a renovation! Their so called king bed is actually 2 twin bed!!! THEY KEPT SEPARATING ALL NIGHT! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!

Front desk was very friendly and fast. Room had good AC and was comfortable and clean for our 1 day stay. Close to public transport to get to the city and attractions. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices for everyone. Supermarkets within walking distance. Will stay again

Nothing negative to say.

This hotel feels modern, has comfortable rooms and is on good tram/bus/train transport links to the city centre. There is a big shopping centre just five minutes walk away. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked brilliantly and it was possible to open our window fully to get out on a balcony. Breakfast was ok, by 9AM there wasn’t a huge choice of pastries or breads - but what remained was fine. The staff are friendly. Parking cost CH 25F a day, although there weren’t many other obvious options

The hotel was very nice, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff - we were greeted, seated, and served cappuccino within a minute of arriving each morning. The included breakfast was always fresh and very good. We would love to return the next time we’re in Zurich!

Great quite location to relax. Very close to old town Zurich, Zurich HB, and Engen station.

The front desk staff is fantastic.

The room we got didn't at all look like the rooms on the web site. It is an old room, with an old bed, and an old chest, on an old carpet, with an old bath. I can only assume that they are upgrading room after room. The whole hotel seems more modern (although not truly modern). Considering that we spent a few nights before at The Home Hotel just one street over, and paid roughly the same, this was not at all satisfactory. With that said, the people at the hotel were very nice, so that is def. a positive. And perhaps, many of the other rooms are newer?

Nice neighborhood feel hotel outside of touristy areas. Convenient public transportation. Relaxing outdoor terrace for breakfast. And to top it off, they had last minute Lindt tour tickets that made our kids’ day !

This property was amazing!!! Excellent breakfast very comfortable beds nice hotel. Had a balcony and large bathroom!! This hotel was near the public transportation and was located in a quiet area. This place was excellent
