The staff were very helpful

This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly. Also, the park view means you are on the busy street so unless you really need to see the park, save some money and don’t get the park view. We asked to move our room a number of times but were told it was impossible.

I have stayed at The Atheneum many times in the last 25 years. And it just keeps getting better and better. The doormen were exceptional, especially Daniel. The concierge, Miguel and William were extraordinary. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I spent eight days there and it went by far too quick.

Staff far and exceeds expectation!

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area.

Just about the best service I've ever encountered at a hotel. Great location with easy access to the tube.

I stayed here for work, so I was not the one who booked originally - but now that I have stayed here, it will be my go-to when I return to London in the future, for business or pleasure. It was just the most incredible experience - the location is perfect, with easy access to Green Park Station, you can easily get to and from the airport and to and from all of the major attractions throughout the city. Be sure to try to book a bay view room, as the bay windows overlook Green Park, which leads straight to Buckingham Palace. You are only one tube stop or a short walk from the Westminster attraction hub, and you are right in the midst of one of the nicest areas of London, with Mayfair and Soho to your left and behind you upon exiting the front doors, and Knightsbridge/Chelsea/Kensington to your right. You are just a brief walk from dozens of historic pubs, high-end retail stores, luxury automobile malls, and attraction shops like Fortnum and Mason and Harrods. There is an M&S Food right around the corner, too. The hotel staff went above and beyond; London hotels are known for their doormen and hospitality, but this was impressive nonetheless. The staff was very kind, dressed on-theme, and extremely helpful. The room was nice, and all the amenities were as advertised. The food is also very good, with breakfast being my personal favorite. The terrace is a lovely place to enjoy drinks right on Piccadilly.

Very clean elegant hotel, a bit of a walk to Regent street for shopping. Breakfast was good.

The staff at this hotel are superb and the location is ideal for sightseeing, I would definitely stay here again.
