An older hotel, but still well-maintained. The location is excellent, with a supermarket and mall next door, and a metro station nearby. The views from both the hotel rooms and the restaurant are truly exceptional.

I had a wonderful time during my trip here. Comfy and very clean room. No cigarette smell !!! Friendly staffs. They also provide free laundry which very convenient for us. The food and view is also splendid. I recommend to get a room with city view on a higher floor (must do) !!!!! So overall I give 10 out of 10 🥳

The hotel's strategic location and place is very good. The breakfast is delicious and complete.

The room does not have air conditioning. I informed the staff that it was very hot. The problem was solved by having a staff come and open the window. It is not worth the price of the room. It ruins the reputation of the Novotel hotel chain. I feel very disappointed.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable but a short walk from the mrt.

Pengawainya tangggap friendly and quick in making decisions, good facilities, only one was a little wedge of internet connection in the room sometimes breaking disconnected.
