Was very good, just cold in room at night

Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and rooms very nice. I did find it odd the bar was never open but it meant we explored more of the lovely town

We were there for family wedding. Reception by staff (1) very harsh. Not impressed.

The hotel is an old one, with very low suitability if you have any luggage due to lack of smooth paths in the hotel. The staff were friendly but not very helpful, the restaurant is good but not so many options (as in most hotels). Wifi was OK. The room was small with very little light, the beds are old and uncomfortable and if you are unlucky, you will book a king size bed and end up with twin beds that are not joint together and a big gap in the middle. The breakfast next morning was very poor, lacking of natural juice and very little fresh fruits. All in all, I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel and I hope the managers will look into improving their performance.

We had no choice and we had to stay in this hotel. Big rooms and bathroom but a little outdated. The bed was two beds together and we did not have the choice of one bed. The rate was expensive for what they offered and we did not eat breakfast bc there was an extra charge of 20€ per person.

Hotel is not much to look at from exterior, however meeting facilities and restaurant within were above average and food was very good and well prepared. Rooms were clean and updated recently. Convenient location to town and shops and area eateries.

Internet was bad and some traffic was blocked. Had to use a mobile device.They were not able to fix it. If you need internet, this hotel is not the best choice. Access with a car was rather difficult and parking not immediately clear. My suite was in another building and I had to walk about 80 yards through the open while it was raining. Breakfast buffet was good but overpriced at EUR 21 for this area.

One night for a stop over, we got in late, parking was on a different street in a garage, it was after 22:30 and we were hungry the restaurant still took us even though they closed at 23:00. Overall nice stay.

Terribly outdated interior in desperate need of a refurb and not well trained staff. Food was the best part of my stay.

The room was on the 1st floor, facing the road. It was incredibly loud, with traffic continuing throughout the evening into the morning. Loud trucks and commerce. This was disturbing even with 30 dc proof earplugs. Was not able to sleep as a result. Called the front desk to have our room moved, while they were pleasant on the phone, they did not call us back about moving our room, when there were rooms available. This was questionable since we booked many months in advance, and they gave rooms away first come first serve (we checked in very late). Although acc. such as room size for European Standards were plentiful, it is impossible to enjoy with little, if any sleep. It is possible that you may get a room that is not in this location, but if you book early, this does not take precedence, so be sure to check in early or something.

Personal beim Check-in etwas provokant, jedoch restliches Team super freundlich, Frühstück ist hervorragend, Zimmer etwas hellhörig da Zimmertüren von überall hörbar, Seife war bei Anreise leer, Mülleimer war bei Anreise noch voll, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war nicht sauber, insgesamt in Ordnung aber verbesserungswürdig

Leckeres Frühstück, großes und sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Service und eine Tiefgarage mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt!

Gerne weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber sehr schön eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war groß.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert, aber zu teuer. Schade fanden wir, dass das Hotel die Bar nicht geöffnet hatte und an der Rezeption nur Getränke mit Kohlensäure (außer stilles Wasser) verkaufte. Wenn das Restaurant geöffnet ist, kann man sich da Getränke kaufen und im Barbereich trinken.

Nicht für das Glücksgefühle Festival geeignet …taxen fahren nur Richtung Speyer
