The minute we pulled up the valet man was so kind and welcoming. All the staff were great but the best is the valet !! Great location to be able to walk to so many places.

Property damaged by staff, made to feel we were lying about it, and compensation after spending £500+ was a glass of champagne on a future visit. There will be no future visit

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The family rooms have two bathrooms which was ideal. The concierge kept our bags for us, even after check out, which was so helpful. Highly recommend.

The room was spotless, housekeepers and all staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was done daily. The amenities were modern and the towels and rags were brand new and spotless. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

If you enjoy the hot water, this is not the right place for you. If you like to wash with freezing water or step on freezing bathroom floors or love the efficiency of a non-working AC system, then you have found a gem. That’s all.

We loved our stay; the room was spotless and the service was exceptional.
