Nice clean room in an ideal location

The property was clean and well located but the room was small and opened out onto a fake courtyard so giving no sense of day or night. The staff were very good though.

Our room smelt of drains, we were moved to the same location one floor above. /This was better, but did not totally eradicate the problem.

Expensive for what is it . The shower are like ice skating , no moisturizer provided , AC is right in your face when you sleep, very small windows that open to a little court yard with everyone else so can’t open window and have privacy !!! Will not return

Unfortunately booking through Expedia gave us the worst smallest room of the hotel with view over a wall 230€

We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Bel hôtel rénové et confortable.

En couple pour visiter Annecy, Hôtel correct bien placé et personnel disponible. Réduction sur divers parking de la ville très apprécié. Cambre Petite et WC Séparé de la salle de bains/douches. Taille de ce dernier tellement petit qu'une fois entré il est presque impossible de fermer la porte. Ensuite il faut sortir et aller dans la salle de bain pour se laver les mains. Pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standing.

Excellent séjour à ANNECY. Très belle ville avec des canaux un lac magnifique des plages gratuites et bien aménagées. Repas : Le restaurant CHEZ INGALL'S est réel à conseiller . L hôtel MERCURE CENTRE nous a beau plu, à mon épouse et moi. Chambre très propre, wc séparé de la salle de bains, personnel très accueillant et agréable, tant à l accueil que le personnel de nettoyage. Lit queen size très confortable.

Petit déjeuner excellent literie super ….. Chambre très petite, sent le renfermée quand on rentre, petite salle de bain, salle très petite pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable Dans ensemble C est très bien mais pas pour un mercure à ce prix.
