The hotel is small but serves a purpose. We paid for a balcony room which was small, so small that my partner couldn’t do the toilet without the bathroom door being opened. The balcony had a little chair (one) but it really wasn’t worth the extra money. It was quite noisy due to traffic volumes outside. Pillows aren’t the best either. Breakfast was charged at €20 per person per day which we didn’t use and thought was expensive. We ate elsewhere for less. Staff were nice and friendly and had really good English (we had no French which we know is very selfish on our part)

Nice clean room in an ideal location

The property was clean and well located but the room was small and opened out onto a fake courtyard so giving no sense of day or night. The staff were very good though.

Our room smelt of drains, we were moved to the same location one floor above. /This was better, but did not totally eradicate the problem.

Expensive for what is it . The shower are like ice skating , no moisturizer provided , AC is right in your face when you sleep, very small windows that open to a little court yard with everyone else so can’t open window and have privacy !!! Will not return

We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Equipe da recepção e localização são destaques muito positivos. Do lado negativo, housekeeping simplesmente se esqueceu de limpar nosso quarto.

Bel hôtel rénové et confortable.

En couple pour visiter Annecy, Hôtel correct bien placé et personnel disponible. Réduction sur divers parking de la ville très apprécié. Cambre Petite et WC Séparé de la salle de bains/douches. Taille de ce dernier tellement petit qu'une fois entré il est presque impossible de fermer la porte. Ensuite il faut sortir et aller dans la salle de bain pour se laver les mains. Pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standing.
