2 nights stay , excellent breakfast , reception staff friendly and helpful , hotel and rooms modern and spotless Exactly what ypu want in a hotel

Very good

The Hotel was what you would expect of an average city centre hotel. We arrived Sunday afternoon. The Restaurant was permamently closed which we were not advised of. Other than that and the street noise it was OK for a couple of nights stay and reasonably convenient.

I like spacious room, kind staff, good breakfast, easy parking on the street, good breakfast but little bit noisy at night. For their credit it became quite after 11:00 pm, though.

Floors were not vacuumed, dog hair and dust was everywhere.

Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff however the only way to get information regarding menus or breakfast times/prices was by logging in with a QR code. There are still occasions when some printed information would be useful.

Rooms were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Nice hotel - would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable hotel

Great staff at the front desk, super clean and comfortable room, a 5-minute walk from the bus station, an easy bus ride from the train station, restaurants and grocery stores close by, and a 25-minute walk to the magnificent sights of the old town.

NH always has a great product. This particular hotel was about a 15 minute walk to winery row, and 25 minutes to old town Cuenca. Clean updated rooms, as always!

Great place to stay at affordable prices. The personnel is very courteous and attentive, the room was impeccable, and they even have a microwave over of guests need to use it. We parked across the street and there was no problem. Comfortable beds.

Convenient location, easy street parking. Uncomfortable beds, air conditioning in the room is awful, staff doesn’t inform you about microwave in common area, hot water in the bathroom was not functional except in the morning. Expected better from NH.

The hotel was great, very clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was also very good.
