The staff were very pleasant, especially Stacey (Dining hall) during breakfast. We had to extend a couple of nights and they made it easy to do so.

The parking was horrible with B52s

This place is good near MSP airport. The staff is really well trained and friendly.

The staff were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Minnesota.

Excellent service from front desk in a very complicated hours. The lady and security helped me in a personal matter extremely professional and fast. Very much appreciated.

They didn't have a hot tub like you guys said. Update your site. Its inexcusable

Nice clean place. Staff was nice.

Needs a lot of updating. Elevator floor is ripping up in places and dirty. Carpet is old and dirty. Beds were comfy. Tried to call down to let them know the toilet wasn’t draining properly but got put on hold twice (he was the only one on duty and was checking in people), so finally went down and was handed a plunger. We fixed it.

Came to town for a business trip, and decided to try a new hotel compared to last year, I won't be back. This is more of a family-based hotel compared to for professionals. Children were running around the hotel screaming at 5 am, bed was uncomfortable. The worst part yet was that I was placed by Laundry and Hospitality and I could hear the screaming pipes from above as well as loud staff and washing machines. Made for an exhausting work trip with restless sleep.
