The Lady who checked us in was very nice. the room was ok. nice size. the one couch was stained and dirty. the carpet was old and dirty. Noisy at night. hard to sleep. it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The price for one night was expensive.

Scary

Horrible place to stay. It's a housing for homeless and majority are long term staying. Dogs barking, random people knocking on doors late, not a safe location for sending my family. Had to explain to kids about drugs that were out and in the open. Never staying here again

Neat and orderly. Quiet establishment.

The sheets and towels were clean and the room was maintained well though outdated. It was very noisy with guests in other rooms up at all hours and very thin walls. If you check in “at night” you have to go to a little corner window outside and ring a bell. For a late night place to sleep and an early go, it was ok.

Constant walking about our room is very annoying

The room was huge and clean, bed was comfortable. The downside of the hotel are the long term residents that smoke pot and have crying babies and make some noise at night. The walls are thin. It wasn't awful. It's a decent mediocre hotel. From what I can tell, the other low budget hotels in the neighborhood are much worse.

My room was slanted. Furniture was very old. Pretty noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It was clean. But noisy. Furnishings dated. Hallways carpet smelled dirty and dated.

Nothingnspecial, nothing great. It is place you can sleep for the night. Would advise against brining kids. Does not feel safe.

My room was given to me as what they called an upgrade and upon entering, you can see it had been used. Either not cleaned or used after cleaning and left a mess for the mext guest. It was a disappointment.

The place was okay, but too expensive. The staff was helpful.

Prices when first purchased were almost double as when we were actually out there. Rooms seem old and outdated and there is no breakfast in the mornings. Beds were ok but not the best and the pillows are fairly hard. Neighbor was yelling at all times of the night a room over cursing.
