The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. However; the unit did not work in my room. The assistant manager sent up Ryan, who works at the front desk to try to fix it who rebooted it it worked for about an hour. I sent pictures and videos to the manager, letting them know that it did not work throughout the night and requested the 30% refund that the assistant manager offered me and I heard nothing back

I was given a handicapped accessible room. I did not ask for that. The shower was disgusting. The shower head was loose and it wouldn't stay up. There was a leak in it, and water dripped onto the bathroom floor and flooded the whole bathroom. The shower curtain was cheap and ineffective, and did not hold the shower water in. There was mold all the way around the bottom of the shower where the shower walls connected to the shower floor. The room had the smell of mold. Also, I got a rash on my foot from the bed sheets, and I'm having a hard time getting rid of it. I hope I don't have to go to the doctor.

The breakfast menu was different each day making it feel more suitable since we stayed a whole week. Food was constantly monitored by staff making sure there was always plenty on hand

The room was clean, the restroom was not so clean the sower curtains were dirty and my 89 yr. Old mother had trouble using the toilets they were too low and the bed was too high since she has knee problems, not great for handicap cap.

This hotel is very old and dirty ! I do not recommend at all ! You are better off staying at a Motel. The carpet in the rooms have clearly not been washed in god knows how long . I walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were BLACK! And it smelled horrible. I thought it was a hotel but it gave more of a CHEAP MOTEL !

Comfortable stay. Nothing special but ok for the price.

First day sheets were dirty. Sofa in room had a big wet stain. Desk chair in my room stuck in one position (low). Rough busy place. If you don’t want to catch something don’t stay there. Seems like a Truckers stop. It’s hard driving out of the driveway truck's blocking the view of the exit.

Staff was very nice. The only issue I had was that the water wouldn't get past luke warm, but other than that the place was great. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always been a fan of Best Western, and this location truly impressed me. I stayed here for 3 weeks with my mother after her surgery, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless and restocked. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and so well maintained. The hotel had everything we needed—great lighting and mirrors throughout, a nice pool, washers and dryers with easy phone pay, and a convenient location near parks and shops. Breakfast was good, and the entire space felt safe and inviting. I even enjoyed walking up to the third floor just to take in the peaceful view. Leaving was bittersweet because this hotel felt like home. Everything was phenomenal, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

Expedia listed this property atop choice in the area. nothing could be further from the truth. Virtually none of the employees spoke english. You may notice that I did not check "Limited Dining". That's because there was no dining. The lobby was locked down at 9:00p. If you needed something you had to exit the hotel and ring for help. Good news is I will never stay in a Best Western again and will never, ever book with Expedia
