What a great little place to stay when visiting Ojai! The staff was super friendly and helpful with their restaurant recommendations (which were spot on)! The room was large and clean. Only complaint is AC was a little noisy, but happy to have it with the heat, and it worked well to cool the room! TV had cable, refrigerator in the closet- everything we could ask for at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again if we happen to venture back to town!

Staff was especially helpful and kind. Pool was great. The hotel room itself was perfectly fine.

Everything was awesome at Casa Ojai. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Josh was very personable and knowledgeable re the area. Julia, Daisy and the manager in the office were always so helpful and very nice. You could tell everyone loved their jobs and were great with the guests. We cannot wait to go back. Ojai is a great little town.

Staff was lovely. I would have preferred the microwave have been inside my room instead of only in the hotel lobby.

The pre-checkin process was grueling. I paid! I confirmed. I still got frequent reminders that I had to confirm terms, provide a car plate, and give my credit card again. I’ve never been through such a wringer for a motel. Once i arrived checking was great and I’m very pleased with the accommodation

The room was large and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The staff was excellent, with recommendations for places to eat and things to see.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The property was clean and staff were nice. However, the room seemed to have a musty/moldy smell and we could see mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The rest of the room was nice and clean. The bathroom just needs a little tlc.

Nice rooms and close to town. A little pricey for what you’re getting.

my husband and I spent one night in Ojai at the Casa Ojai Inn . It was a good choice: within walking distance of downtown, a great salt water pool, and the room was quite large and comfy. We would stay there again.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The coffee maker, small refrigerator, snacks and water were nice additions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient to restaurants and even a wonderful market.

Great little place to stay. No frills, but close to downtown, nice pool area, spacious rooms.

The room was great and the staff was nice. The online paperwork to check in was a little annoying. But the hotel is light years better than when I stayed at the “Chantico Inn” up the street. I’ll never go back to that place. At Chantico, I was there for 3 weeks and had to change rooms 6 times do to maintenance issues in all their rooms. I do wish that this place offered a continental breakfast, but that’s really my only complaint. The king bed room I had was huge.

WiFi never bounced in and out, never really working. TV service out after first day.
