Det här blir ingen snäll recenssion. Vänligt bemötta av vissa av personalen. Dom ger vi ett stort plus! Frukost värdinnorna hemska! Talade om för gästerna att dom skulle skynda sig äta upp för frukosten snart stängde, plockade bort och stängde frukosten innan 09.30 som va den satta tiden för stängning. ställde fram brickvagnarna mitt i dörröppningen för att visa att gästerna förväntades öka tempot och ta bort brickorna så dom kunde stänga frukosten, så jag fick flytta på dom. Första morgonen serverades dom kokta äggen råa trots flera försök att avhjälpa detta. Detta togs dock hand om av en manlig personal med ett väldigt gott bemötande och dagen efter var detta åtgärdat och äggen var välkokta dom sista 2 dagarna. Rummen rena och fina och rent överallt. Middagen vi åt va dåligt tillagad, hamburgerbrödet kallt och svampigt och pommes hård och kryddad med nån krydda vi inte visste om den innehöll gluten trots att vi talat om att maten inte fick innehålla någon gluten och när vi nämnde att maten behövde vara glutenfri från början, pga att en av oss har celiaki så verkade personalen inte kunna nåt alls om glutenintolerans. Det fanns sallad till middagsgärsterna men vi informerades inte om detta och bröd fick man tydligen med men det kom dom på först efter jag frågat om salladen ingick. Kan i nuläget inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Riktigt bra hotell som jag bott på flera gånger. Denna gång hade vi med hund, stort plus för att man får sitta i en del av serveringen med hunden. Alla som jobbar här är jättetrevliga och får både oss och hunden att kännas oss välkomna, också stort plus. Hade dock varit bra att städa golvet varje dag, speciellt i rummen man har hund. Utöver det mer än nöjda. Bra frukost, bra tillträde till gratis gym, är man tidig får man lätt parkering. Personalen är riktigt hjälpsam om man har frågor. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet om man vill bo nära centrala och få riktigt bra service. Tryggt och säkert hotell 😊

Well managed, dinner not great..

The window didn’t close so the room was not quiet. The Staff in the restaurant have more to learn. But Andreas in frontdesk, was an absolute star!! I love her.

Allting var toppen förutom duschen. Fanns inte en chans för en person över 50kg att kunna ta sig in i duschen. Var tvungen att duscha hos bekanta under vistelsen.

This s a good basic hotel in the near suburbs, yet walking distance to the T-bana. Good breakfast and beds. Very busy with workers.There wasn’t too much parking in front they have a gated lot about a five minute walk alway. The hotel was full booked one of the nights and when we arrived after dinner one night all the parking and overflow were full with busses and trucks. So I had to park on street and pay for street parking. Also there was construction and they were denoting explosives underground next to the our room which disturbed my son who is sensitive to loud noises. I would stay again if there wasn’t construction.

Week long stay over Xmas to be with children and granddaughter who live locally. The GM Hagersten is well placed for us and convenient for the Tunnelbana for when we need to travel into the city. A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive. Another enjoyable stay, see you again soon and a Got Nytt Ar to all!

lovely hotel

Clean, good food, friendly staff and a subway station located within walking distance. If you drive, parking is free at the back of the hotel. WiFi is available and free plus coffee too. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Rooms so small I had to upgrade to avoid feeling claustrophobic. Then on the last day, card got blocked 2 hours before check out, needed to make multiple trips back and forth between the room and the reception before i could get inside the room. Then when I asked for late check out because of the whole card key fiasco, they charged me 200 SEK extra! Very basic hotel, am surprised it is a four star. No tissue paper, no mini bar, no room service, room did not get cleaned as promised. This is probably my worst experience in a hotel (note that I actually upgraded to the best possible room)

Room small beds small front desk not friendly at all

Hotel looks like a prison from the outside, but is a typical business hotel on the inside. Staff helpful and friendly, and let me check in early. Nice busy atmosphere in the bar in the evening, and nice buffet breakfast (although the tiny plate size requires multiple trips !). It's a bit "in the middle of nowhere" with nothing really within walking distance - apart from the tube station, which is very handy, about 5 mins walk away. The line gets you straight into the city centre quickly, so this actually makes the hotel well placed. I'd definitely consider it again when next in Stockholm

Good size room but extremely hot with in the room! No air conditioning or fan! When widow was open the noise was unbearable as the hotel is next to a motorway
