Nice staff - very small and basic for the price paid

Decent room for what it’s worth. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Convenient, commutable location

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets had a dirty towel smell. The air conditioner did not work well. Not a very satisfying stay.

Very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel has a lovely lobby bar and overall a very nice place to stay for crashing overnight for example. Excellent location by the train station and parking also available for cars.

My mom and I were in town for a family event and spent 2 nights at ibis Baar Zug. We had a a great stay. The hotel is located conveniently right outside the train station. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spotless and quiet with a comfortable mattress and no single-use plastics. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay there again next time we will be in the area.

The front desk host, Tamara is a friggin’ GEM. She made the place so worth staying at and hospitable. I would stay here again just for her services. Its very convenient to get to and from as the hotel is literally in front of the station. It is also not a long ride to zurich or down to zug/cham. Pretty central location

It's a basic hotel but clean and decent breakfast. Self-parking is complimentary.

The bathrooms are due for refreshment. The bedroom heating was erratic .

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and plenty of space for one. Breakfast was basic, but there was plenty of choice and no reason to go hungry. Amazing value for a basic hotel. Great location for both trains and buses.

Nothing except the price, last minute booking, room was just ok to crash for a night.
