The room was not cleaned despite my request. The sink was leaking and has not been repaired, they only put towels under it.

Staff was pleasant. The location was a little sketchy but the room was excellent. Very clean, comfortable bedding and soft towels.

Room was clean, nice shower and a comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs and potatoes not the greatest, everything else acceptable. Parking lot was secure and well lit for after dark arrivals, security into the building was good.

The hotel was nice and the staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. The parking was in a secure fenced in area which was great. I would stay again though the area was a little dodgy

Had to wait several minutes for anyone to show up to check me in, eventually somene emerged who also seemed to be bany sitting while working the front desk. The kid kept taking off and she would have to stop checking me in to chase him down. Took about 30 mins to get checked in.. hotel had loud guests you could smell smoking marijuana all night. The next morning for breakfast, we went down and was given the cold shoulder by the person running it when we tried to say good morning so we grabbed a few things and went back to the room. Upon opening my milk up stairs and taking a drink i quickly discovered it was spoiled. I immediately dumped it out and called the front desk to let them know and was treated like i was trying to make things up. Now i sit here on my vacation sick to my stomach because they dont keep their food at a safe temperature. Pretty sure my vacation is ruined. Spoiled milk has upset my stomach so bad i cant do anything but stay in the bathroom. I will be contacting the health department and would like to talk to the company. I do habe a video of the nasty spoiled food.

The parking was very safe and the room layout was perfect. The air conditioning unit was quite. The morning breakfast is excellent.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, toast and bagels, cereal and yogurt and cookies. The parking lot was secure with a coded gate which I liked. The freeway was close for easy on/off access. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Memphis

For the most part, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless, the location was perfect for my plans, and I appreciated having access to the fitness room. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were all fantastic. Overall, I’m giving this spot the highest rating and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Loved my stay here. I was here for a work trip and found it comfortable, clean, and I absolutely loved the free cappuccinos from the machine in the lobby.
