Unfortunately this wasn’t the best stay. The hotel is decent enough, it’s in a good location. The rooms weren’t grubby, however, they didn’t scream clean either - the towels were a bit musty and rough, the grout wasn’t clean, and the carpet a little stained. Breakfast was excellent, the food is good and a large selection. Some staff were friendly, however, there was one lady at reception who was incredibly terse with multiple customers - looking them up and down and eye rolling. I was then charged twice for my stay and my VIP benefits from Expedia were not applied. Next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

wonderful staff, beautiful property

Loved the property and our stay here, the only thing disappointing was the Spa. The sauna was non-operational and the spa facilities are quite small with not a lot of options.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area with easy walk to the central area. Lovely sitting space outside and a great breakfast choices. Without air conditioning it was tough during the hot spell however would be fine normally

Had a superior single room which was spacious and comfortable. Rituals toiletries available. Room at the back so quiet. Great choice of breakfast available. Staff attentive and very helpful great value for standard If in Gothenburg will stay there again,

Amazing hotel so welcoming , warm and clean and helpful. Such a beautiful place to stay, so many things around to go explore and so much to do easy transport and easy access to restaurants/bars. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. Definitely recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed :)

Stay was comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly and helped us securely store our baggage. Room was nice and comfy. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection of things to choose from. A nice place to stay if you are in Gothenburg.

Really good location for an overnight trip into Gothenburg. Walking distance to centre and areas of interest. Lovely front desk staff. Super convenient to catch ferry and trams.

The room, and all you can eat breakfast was magnificent! I fully enjoyed my stay. Would give this hotel only the BEST rating. What I was shocked by was being charged over $90.00 for Laundry….i could have purchased new clothing for less. It was completely unexpected and super frustrating. I wish the Hotel would compensate me especially because I had a $139 upgrade available which I didn’t use.
