The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We could walk to all the downtown sites and enjoy strolling, leaving our car in their safe parking lot. The pool was great for our grandson. Very comfortable rooms and quiet as well.

It is clean. Staff is very helpful. It is location is convenient.

That were renovating the property so we had to take 2 elevators, walk through an underground tunnel 1/4 mile to get to our rooms. There were no exits in th building we were in so to go outside you had to travel back through the tunnel. I informed the house keeper that the bath gel was empty the morning before our 2nd night stay and they fill it. This would have been nice to know before booking 2-rooms: 1 for my 87 year old father in-law and 1 for my wife and I.

The staff was friendly when speaking with them but felt I needed to start the conversation. The pool wasn't overly clean and had bugs in them. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovations and we had to take an underground tunnel to get to the other part of the hotel across the street making it impossible to have an easy access outdoors.

That there wasn’t a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning.

This had to be the cutest room we have ever stayed. Conveniently kitchen, eating table, and clean. The hotel was undergoing major renovations but nothing distracting. There was a fair walk to our room through a tunnel but it just made the experience more interesting. We enjoyed our stay at this central location in Charlottetown- close to everything.

I gave you a kitchen with no frying pan no kitchen knife no salt no basic kitchen tools aside from some plates. When I asked them about it, they were like too bad. There was mold in my bathroom.

Enjoyed a great overnight stay here as we were in town for a show at Confederation Centre. It's centrally located (a short 6 min walk) with free parking! Hotel is in the midst of a renovation but staff are very accommodating despite the disruptions. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Make sure to stay on the renovated side. It’s a bit of a hike under the tunnel but way better than the old side. They are working on renovations so once it’s done it will be more accessible. The room on the renovated side was comfortable and clean. Staff was ok, could be a little more receiving.

The property is slightly dated but is going through renovations, nothing that causes any real inconvenience. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is friendly and pool and gym were both nice and quiet. The hotel is located within walking distance of coffee shops restaurants and the harbour. I have stayed at this property twice and would stay again.

The property was not ready to host guests due to the ongoing renovations. Was not warned in advance of the limited access to my room and the general condition of the building.

This place is EXTREMELY overpriced. It worked out to around $300/night for a standard room with two queens. It's the old lipstick on a pig routine. They applied nice finishings over crappy bones. The soap dispenser in the bathroom fell off the wall. They were obviously in a hurry when they did it because the skipped over several small, but important, details. For example: no shelves in the shower - only a dispenser with their products. Also, outlets in weird places like behind the chair, an outlet by the foot of the bed and only one outlet beside the bed. The outlet behind the chair had all of the nice-to-have ports like USB-A and USB-C, but it was behind the chair.... useless. Another small detail - the fancy mirror has a night light option, which is cool, but the mirror is wired to the ceiling light- making the whole set up useless. They only give you one bar of soap. The "complimentary breakfast" consists of room temperature juice, granola bars, and apples left in your room. The place was under construction. I had to park on one side of the street to check in and unload my luggage, then take an elevator down to the basement to walk through an underground tunnel to get to where my room was. My room had a door to the next room over.

The room was probably one of the cleanest I've ever been in. There was no breakfast as advertised but there were baskets of food in the rooms for breakfast which were super cute

I was very disappointed in the fact we did not get our booked room in the main building to start (was told no other room available and was told I could cancel, and that it was Expedia's fault, I think they should have properly informed Expedia) Because of renovating we had to go through a tunnel to the other building. If you have mobility issues like my husband, it's a long hike. Was not informed the included breakfast was 2 Apples, 2 muffins, 2 cookies, 2 rice krispie bars and 2 granola bars in your room (REALLY!!) The room for ice and snacks had a sign reading "Ice and Snacks" had no machine for snacks, didn't need anymore snacks because my room had snacks for breakfast. No table lamp in the room just a light switch for over head potlights, switch by the bathroom door, had to leave bathroom light on and curtains partially open to get up through the night. Spoke to another customer and she wasn't happy either! If you love to swim they have a nice pool but make sure your in the main building because doing the tunnel is not a comfortable feeling by yourself. Oh and wake up call for us was 7am with drilling on the first floor and we were on the third. Check out was 11am and we were gone by 8:30ish. I wouldn't stay there again, price was close to other hotels, do yourself a favor spend the extra because in the end you will be happier and that's what's important! I will still use Expedia but follow up with hotel directly!

Upon checking in to the hotel, the staff were extremely kind and very accommodating. We were a bit nervous as it looked like the hotel was under construction. However, once we were directed to the north side of the hotel, we found it was newly renovated and very clean. The room we stayed in was so comfortable and clean and well stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages. The pool area was excellent: very clean, well lit and well stocked with towels. Despite the ongoing construction, there were no issues with noise at all: we had a very quiet stay. We will be back!

The staff were rather rude. They gave my room to someone else with the same name. I wasn’t impressed with this place. No continental breakfast. No easy to get luggage down the stairs to get to your room then had to walk a mile.

Room was renovated but still dusty from renovations. Had trouble with check it had a company card and my id didn’t match the name so they couldn’t do the $100 deposit and they did not except cash or debit. Had to call my boss and they emailed him a form to fill out and email back. I was ready to explode. Parking was easy and ac was working great
