Shops and parking clos

A clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The beds were very cozy. Food in the restaurant was tasty and filling.

The non-slip bath mat (which we wanted to use to bathe our infant) was extremely moldy. We left it out on top of the dirty towels to bring it to staff attention when they made up the room, and they just rolled it back up and put it on our clean towels. Disgusting. Shower head was also gross. What else wasnt properly cleaned??

Nice room, friendly staff. Bar and food prices are on par with local restaurants and bars. There are some residential people staying at this hotel, for whatever reason. But, please be advised there was no issues at all. We are all people at the end of the day whatever our reason. I only mentioned this as I can see others have highlighted it. Please don’t think of this as a negative

Excellent location, just on the edge of centre area overlooking river Shannon, lovely clean hotel, food is superb, all staff friendly & welcoming everyone of them. Great breakfast in morn to start your day, rooms lovely clean & tidy, nice decor and a home from home feeling

Staff very helpful on check in. Room clean and warm.with excellent shower in the bathroom.

Very spacious room. Was given wrong information about the parking procedure but the girl at reception made up for it by offering us free breakfast.

Room was clean & tidy. Staff very kind and professional. The only thing we disliked was the fact that we still had to pay for parking, however it was reduced to 11€ for 24 hours in the Q car park

A little tired. Food was good. Good location that's walkable to stores and the bus/train station.

Room was very comfortable but very warm and on second night at 2am another drunk guest was able to acess our room with her key card . Management stated that our door must not have been closed properly but it definately was . Was unable to sleep after that

On upper floors, the toilet flush and basin water drainage was pathetic. I had to wait for hours for it to clear out.

We got dinner in the attached restaurant which was of very cool interior design and the food was quite good. Great location. No complaints on the rooms. Staff quite friendly. Only complaint is the hotel doesn't have a fitness center, but those are hard to come by in Ireland.

Shower difficult to work, very poor flow and only lukewarm water. Maintenance tried to improve it but failed. Lots of outside noise and awful view over a back alley and multi-storey car park.

Hotel quality. Breakfast better than others

The Limerick City hotel was in a convenient location so was walkable to most places. The hotel restaurant was nice but the room was much smaller than expected. Glad we only had one night there.
