As per my previous review, I was informed the room facilities like capsule coffee machine, hair conditioner, body lotion not available and was solved by the receptionist. Additional to these above, I have to wait for above 30min to get the check in service since the receptionist at that time was only 1 person on duty, even she had work fast & nice but still we have to wait for that long.

The hotel location near to the bus or tram stop, and only a few stops ride from the train station, but I experienced the facilities in the room was different from what I have been stayed a few days before we return from Interlaken & Zermat but It was solved by the receptionist, she gave us the body lotion, conditioner & coffee, even there were capsule coffee machine in the room before.

Great location near the tram stop. Everything was great. The reception Mr. Cherif is very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom is clean but the sink was clogged. There is no sandals, toothbrush, but we didn't ask either.

Quality and service is very good hotel. The hotel is located in Technopark, if you have all day travel tickets, the move is very convenient, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to Sihlquai - Zurich Main Station. If you walk along from the hotel to Zurich Main Station takes about 30p-35p. Along the street about 15p there will be a lot of cafes, restaurants, clubs ... to enjoy
