Whirlpool tub in room did not work.

This place is a run down nasty motel. Dirty rooms, horrible food and the pictures online are dated. Waitstaff in restaurant and pub (which serves the same food as restaurant) were great. No maintenance has been done to any part of the property in quite some time. Lake area has 3 foot tall grass and dirt. No sand. Outdoor furniture is poor condition. Staff at the front desk were nice. Great location for airport departure but that is it.

It’s a shame that the hotel has had little investment very tired looking tatty furnishings no facilities Monday and Tuesday as restaurant & bar close. The rooms did not smell fresh and outside parts of the wooden buildings were being secured by bits of wood where they had rotted outside by the unused tennis courts someone was camping all in all not a good experience

Nice quiet stay away from the city, amazing location and beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again !

The views were great but the outside facilities by the lake needed to be maintained. The rooms were clean and the hot tub in the room was very nice. The pool and patio area seemed nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you wanted something quiet and quaint outside of the city.

Friendly Staff and clean rooms: The food was good but pricey.

This property was beautiful and the lake was right behind it. I would return to this property.

The room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small, cramped, and in need of updating. Staff were helpful and pleasant. It would have been good to know that the restaurant/bar is not open every night. We were woken up very early by some other guests screaming and yelling, which was quite disturbing.

The inn is convenient to the airport. The room was fine, although somewhat outdated.

Most comfortable beds and bedding we have ever had! It was a very nice place.

Hotel is under new ownership and the Hotel grounds need a ton of work. It was sold to people from India so Canadians don’t own this property anymore. The garden beds are not kept up and there is a ton of dog poop down around the lake and is very neglected. There is a tennis court with no net and the grass is growing up all through the cement. I have to say it was a lot of money for what you get. Pool was small but nice. Needs a railing desperately because you cannot see the stairs when you walk in and can easily fall and hurt yourself. The breakfast was coffee/tea, yogurt, muffins that are individually wrapped so you don’t know what you are getting. Apple and orange juice with milk and creamer. Bed was very comfortable Nice deck off of the room with a pleasant view of the lake. Staff at desk very friendly

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stopped into the pub for a bite to eat, food and service were wonderful

Was a very quick stay, as our flight was cancelled and we needed a room for the night! Lovely young woman checked us in. We hadn't eaten much as our flight was diverted, and then they made us sit on the plane for 3 hours before cancelling flight. There was juice, and yogurt, and muffins at the Inn which was just perfect! Our room was enormous with an upstairs bedroom, and a kitchen 2 bathrooms, etc. We didn't really have time to see the property as we got there late, and left early. Hsd breakfast which was good, but a little pricey I thought. With what we paid for the room, they should include breakfast. Nice place!

Very convenient location to airport. Nice restaurant with limited hours and friendly staff.

Upon arrival we noticed the property needs a little TLC. Deck boards need painted , pool needs patched, a little landscaping love would go a long way. However, the pleasant welcome at the front desk, a room that although dated was clean and cool, comfy and practical made up for the outside. The pool was too cool to enjoy but we were pleasantly surprised by the in room jacuzzi so we took advantage of that instead! We enjoyed our one evening stay and slept well. I do wish they had waited to move the furniture and vacuum a bit later than 9.30 am above our room but I would still stay again.

The hotel had a major revamp in 2010 but that seems to have been its heyday. Shoreline area rather neglected now and its proximity to the noisy main road means it is never tranquil. But inside it is all good and ideal for a brief stay.
