The room was nice - the hotel was a bit dated, but comfortable and clean. The only reason I am giving it a 2 is because I had three separate "incidentals" charges to my credit card - even though I did not have any incidental charges.

We had requested over the phone when booking 4 months in advance to be roomed near a friend that we were visiting the hotel with and were disappointed to find that we were placed in separate wings despite receiving verbal confirmation of this.

We love the pool

Check in was inconvenient and the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable as there was dust and hair beside the marked up tub in the bathroom. My kiddo had fun in the pool, the arcade, and watching the fish in the pond, but be ware that even in the top of the line room, you are paying for perks and not luxury. Parking was convenient and felt safe.

The pool had a good slide.

Always a great place for the family. Had an issue with our room after the first night but the staff took care of it and compensated us for the issue.
