Great stop over for airport travel

Climate control poor in both of our recent stays. Thermostat was set to 76 and room very stuffy. Reduced temp to 68 and then to 60 but still hot so opened windows in night despite it being winter. Pillows x4 bulky. Options of 2 large and 2 smaller softer pillows would be appreciated.

Quick late night check in after a long flight. Nice newer hotel with easy parking outside.

This was by far the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. From our early arrival by air and being able to check in within an hour of arriving to departure and the quick friendly service. We will definitely be back.

The hotel listed at a very convenient location of the Main Street. Very short walk to save on food, shoppers and local restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the shoreline. Staff Ms were super friendly and provided recommendations on local site seeing. We have a 20+ hr layover. They allow us to check-in early at around noontime. Breakfast was good, would be better if they have hard boil eggs and bacon.

We love to stay at this small hotel whenever we are in Sidney. They have great staff, it's not super busy, a really nice breakfast and it's within walking distance of the pier and great shopping and dining. The airport and Ferry are close by as is Butchart Gardens.

Lovely staff, everyone was very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and kept in great condition. Great breakfast with good gluten free options. Family friendly. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time we can stay here. Thank you very much, this hotel and its staff are gems!

Good no frills hotel. The rooms are clean and the is nice. Good complimentary breakfast.

It is very easy to check in,

Spacious clean rooms, comfy bed & pillows. Close to many restaurants & supermarkets. Also close to the airport which is why we chose it.

Nice room and the front desk was very helpful and courteous.

The young man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his upbeat attitude and the quick check in.
