Very nice place

We rented a room for a one-night stay before our early morning flight. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't start until 630, and we needed to leave the hotel before this. Not a big deal, as we were told this when we checked-in, but it would have been nice to have it be available a bit earlier. Additionally, our room was on the floor level, the door to the room did not seal properly and light came through the door frame. The ice machine was also directly outside our room, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but since the door didn't shut properly, we could hear everything right outside our room, including the ice being made all night. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep before our flight. The A/C unit in the room was also quite noisy and continually turned on / off throughout the night. There were a few other small issues that the staff were very helpful with, but I don't think we will be back.

Check-in was smooth and stress free. The front desk clerk was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to arrange an early check-in, which was really appreciated given the circumstances of our visit. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great stay

I was incredibly disappointed with the toiletries in the bathroom . Whenever I stay at a Marriott they have dispensers that have shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Instead we were provided small tubes of products that were barely enough for 1 person ..

This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time and hats off to the lady who organized breakfast. It had a lot of options for dietary needs and I had other people expressed their gratitude.

Always clean comfortable rooms with high quality bathroom fixtures and lighting. Exceptional breakfast with hot and cold choices, fresh fruit, and nondairy options. Karen is just super! Cookies, drinks, and fruit in the lobby too! We always enjoy our stays at BW Emerald Isle. Nicolay is always welcoming and helpful, so glad to see him at the front desk. He deserves a raise!! Nice and clean, however, it is an old building with the old smell.

Great service overall. The person at check-in was very friendly. The breakfast room was way too small and cramped. This should be expanded so people can eat conmfortably.
