The staff are good. The location is right in front of the tram station T1, so it's easy to access public transport.

the location not close with famous attraction but OK as the tram stop is exactly in front of the hotel. room was good, spacious, and clean.

Good hotel room! Clean and staff are super friendly & helpful! Always greeting and I got a lot of complimentary food & breakfast! Location is very good just across the tram station, a lot of food and stores around the hotel, I enjoy walking around the hotel!

Lokasi bagus, meski kamar agak kecil. Sedikit terganggu saat anak saya yang di Istanbul datang dan ingin ke kamar, awalnya sempat dilarang, tapi akhirnya diperbolehkan setelah dikasih tau itu anak saya dan tidak menginap di sana.

It is not that great from what others has comment. Service is average for a well known hotel. Near the shops is the only plus point for this hotel.

Will stay again next time when we come to Istanbul. The service is excellent

This hotel has great service of front liner officers. They help us for everything. They upgrade our room and let us keep luggage after check-out. Perfect place just across tram station and many restaurants nearby. Definitely will come again.
