All was great

The hot tub did not work (no bubbles waster barely warm); the staff knew, it had been broken a long time. No power in room for 1 whole day. Room worn and not very clean. Food was very good. Staff was nice.

The employees are all super nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was tasty and the perfect way to start my day. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel ✌️

Have stayed here many times the only complaint I have is a lack of any English speaking channels on the Flat Screen

Jacuzzi was cloudy no Jets working not very hot

Was a wonderful experience excellent service and the reason I dint give 5 on cleaned because they would only bring clean towels and change sheets but again I don’t know how the service in different countries are maybe I had to say how I wanted to be done nevertheless everything was perfect

I got in around midnight after a grueling flight and travel…there is nothing better than a Hilton bed when you really need to relax and recharge before the next adventure. Slept like a baby. Great central location in San Jose to catch your breath or enjoy a couple days in the mountains
