Great breakfast!

Room I stayed in was very dated. They have renovated rooms but they chose not to give me one even though I have been a customer for years.

Being beside a park and walking distance to the piazza (meeting square) was great

Good location for city centre. Good breakfast with freshly made coffee to order. Room had everything we needed but the bathroom was over furnished and therefore tight for space.

This was a great base to explore Reggio Emilia. Breakfast buffet was good value. Favorite restaurants nearby were Herbe Cucina and Interno Tre

Old hotel, I have been twice in this hotel during a period of 6 months and paintings works still on. Room very basic, hot room and no AC

Everything about the hotel was top quality - the room, the service from staff when required, effcieincy of check in and check out, restuarant recommendations. The hotel is brilliantly located in Reggio, next to a lovely park, a five minute walk across a square full of dancing fountains into the lively and majestic historic centre.

Hotel Mercure was great. Hotels.com support was weak. I had 5 different cancelled reservations in Europe due to covid and didn't find out until after arrival

Good location/ parking and everything room was ok, no water/tea etc. View out of window was non-descript. Mattress wasn’t comfortable, did the job for 1 night.

Comfortable hotel perfect for a business trip at Reggio Emilia!

Ive stayed here before but I enjoyed this type of room much better

The staff was always friendly and helpful even though I don’t speak a word of Italian. They were absolutely wonderful!
