The room has no windows and expect a surprise fee of $40/night - both not disclosed in the reservation. We also had to have our sheets changed due to blood marks on one of them. Other than that…. Fine I guess? Expedia customer service also proved completely useless and unable to assist in any way

The boutique hotel is nice and the staff is nice. There.were no windows in our room and I didn't realized that most of the rooms dont have windows. They also was doing construction so the area that would have been nice to hang out was not accessible. But overall I enjoyed my stay. There is also no parking. But the garage is right around the corner where you can pay for parking and its 24 hrs

Great stay. Courteous front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room with great working activities, mini fridge, complimentary water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Walkable to Old San Juan places of interest and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the room was gorgeous! The lobby of the hotel is under construction but other than that the check in and check out process was very smooth. The AC was very cold and we received fresh towels and sheets daily.

The curtains can be better to stop the lights from outside.

The front desk staff, Yanira, was extremely helpful and professional. She gave recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. They had maps with the best local places to eat and visit. We arrived very early and she held our bags, both for checking in and checking out. The property is VERY clean and well maintained. Housekeeeping, Elizabeth, was exceptional. We had trouble getting in the room. She let us in and got us new keys. My mother in law got a little confused and was lost in the hotel. Elizabeth took her back to the room and made sure she was safe. Elizabeth went above and beyond to keep her safe. I would highly recommend Hotel Milano. Both Yanira and Elizabeth should get raises! 😊

Very friendly staff, but unfortunately several days after booking the room while already on the trip, I was told about ongoing construction and had to be moved to a different room that didn’t include the balcony that was paid for. I was given an extra night stay, but the other problem was the construction they were doing started going at 6am and went well until 9/10pm, so I ended up leaving early because these hours don't work well when trying to get some sleep. They also had no food or beverage services available, and overall the hotel itself didn’t really seem to be in a state to be open yet. Lots of loud banging, contractors, construction equipment, and en elevator that didn’t reach the floor my room was on. Overall unfortunately a very poor experience.
