Everything is okay, what I was disappointed was that the room was cleaned once every two days, even though towels and trash can be changed every day. I couldn't clean it myself because the bed cover was uneven, some of it was missing, while I wanted a neat bed. It should be okay not to wash the sheets every day as long as the room is vacuumed every day, a clean bed makes it seem comfortable when you enter the room after finishing activities. Especially after I found out that other hotels are cleaned every day so the reason given doesn't make sense (it has something to do with the environment, I forgot yesterday I was given a notification letter). I started to wonder if because of the low season the price is cheaper so there is a policy like that. Next, it would be better to keep vacuuming, make the bed because the AC is no longer on because the weather is cold so open the window.
