Pleasant stay overall accept room air conditioning issues. Too warm and uncomfortable night rest due to overheated room temperature.

We had a wonderful holiday!

The rooms were very comfortable. We had connected rooms with my teenagers. Clean, breakfast was ok. Montecatini is a good location to visit different Italian cities. Cafe, restaurants and bars are walkable.

A nice stay but could have been improved in some areas. No towels pool side and when I politely asked I was told “wait 10 minutes” then they were dumped on a wall and I wasn’t even told they were available. The breakfast is the same old thing every day and it’s like a canteen. Fruit poor and I don’t eat meat or eggs so v little for me. There is no choice - breakfast is always included. The coach loads kept coming so it was heaving at every breakfast time. Staff mainly v helpful although not all. One v smiley bar girl and one lovely girl in the breakfast room otherwise everyone just doing their job and that was it. Loved the use of bikes, gym nice and pool area pleasant. If only it was no smoking - too many times I had to move to get away from fumes.

The Stuff is average, got a call at 3 AM in the morning from the front desk to ask for a copy of my ID. Booked a triple room, got a double bed made of two twins cheap mattresses

A really nice 3 x nights. We arrived really late to the hotel, thanks to numerous queues and traffic congestion at the italian border with France. Reception checked us in really quickly had the hotel restaurant delivered a late meal to the room. The room was recently renovated and in 'as new' condition overlooking the outdoor pool. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Aircon was a godsend as usually I choose not to use it however at low power, we slept well. Breakfast was good with a large variety of choice, and eggs and bacon were always warm and plentiful. Reception, restaurant and the lounge areas were always clean and inviting. Best of all was the outdoor pool. Practically lived in it! Always a sun bed available if you were patient. Hotel location was good, close to the bars and resturants. Would definitely consider rebooking for next summer.

Hotel was really lovely, relatively quiet so we had no problem getting a bed by the pool, might not be quite so easy if the hotel was full. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was amazing. Montecatini-Terme is Definately a place worth visiting and very easy to get to in the train.

excellent customer care from reception and housekeeping staff.Better choice at breakfast fresh fruit salad instead of tinned fruit,small refrigerated servery counter required to keep juices, yogurts etc cold.

A hotel of 2 halves! Reception, restaurant, bar and pool area are all swish and modern but bedroom block was dated with worn carpet and broken knobs on spa bath tub. That said, I enjoyed my stay. Bedroom was large, quiet and comfortable. Staff efficient & helpful

the hotel lobby is very modern & lovely. the staff very friendly but their english could have been better at reception. breakfast was disappointing. unfortunately when we got to our room it was like something from the 1950's, in dire need of an overhaul.

Lovely Hotel - enjoyed my stay. Breakfast needs to be changed up every few days and wi-fi is terrible in your room - needs to be improved greatly.

Croce Di Malta is a very good hotel, with excellent service and cleanliness, the breakfast is top class, and the pool area is spotless and well maintained, an added bonus is the two hour "happy hour" each evening when all drinks are half price. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to friends.

Staff could not do enough for the guests. The room was magnificent and the surroundings full of character.
