The staff was excellent, very helpful. Gave us a free upgrade and free breakfast as the hotel was full of kids and wanted our stay to be pleasant and gave us a better room away from the noise of kids. Yes we be back.

My only complaint is the HVAC is very very noisy.

Super clean room, quiet, friendly staff! The breakfast was good too. Travelling across Canada, it's nice to stay somewhere that definitely cares, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Free parkade parking was a bonus!

Hotel très bien situé. La chambre avec cuisinette super pratique car il y a vait meme une plaque induction avec tout le nécessaire. Le seul hic c'est qu'il semble y avoir un problème avec la climatisation autant dans la chambre que dans les couloirs. Le spa , l'eau était pas propre et jet a peine fort.

Didn't know the pool was being worked on and closed but nice place.

2nd year in a row booked and pool was not working i have grandkids i took there for fun. I called on Wednesday when i booked to make sure pool was working and they said yes came to check in on the Friday and they said it wasnt working. This is the 2nd year in row this happened. Very disappointed. Never booking there agsin.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are small though and lots of sound travels between the rooms. Pool couldn't keep towels supplied to be able to dry off. For the price, value wasn't there.

Didn't try any food from the restaurant. We had family come visit for a few hours, and the bedroom suite worked out perfectly. Bed was comfortable, and pillows were great!
